What will I need to get started?

You will need a Squarespace account (you are advised to choose your Squarespace plan after your template has been installed) and an Internet connection. That’s it! Sutton Hill Studio (SHS) will take care of the rest.

Are your templates only compatible with Squarespace?

Studio Mesa templates are pre-designed, ready-to-launch websites built exclusively on Squarespace 7.1 Fluid Engine. There’s nothing to install, upgrade, or upload in order to get started. Every design is thoughtfully crafted to elevate your brand’s online experience and make your Squarespace site stand out among the rest.

All Studio Mesa Templates are built exclusively for Squarespace 7.1 Fluid Engine (the most current version), which offers the latest features, ongoing updates, and most advanced formatting that Squarespace has to offer. Note: Templates cannot be modified to work with Squarespace 7.0.

How do I purchase a template?

Select a template (new templates are added regularly), add it to cart, and complete the checkout process. After your purchase is complete, you will automatically receive an email containing a link to access your template.

Are your templates responsive?

Yes! All of our themes are fully mobile responsive and designed to display & function beautifully on all mobile screens. Feel free to open the demo site on your mobile device to test it out, or visit Responsinator.com..

Can I use a template on my existing site?

Yes; however, adding a template to an existing site requires additional labor and considerations compared to that of adding a template to a new site. For this reason, you must choose either the Standard Squarespace Template Installation for an Existing Website or the Premium Template Restyle for Existing Websites.

What is the difference between standard and premium installation?

Standard installation simply provides the pre-designed template as is, leaving you free to make any changes to the colors, fonts, copy, and images as you see fit. Premium installation allows for these changes to me made on your behalf, offering you the ability to deliver your brand’s assets and have them added to the template and customized according to your brand’s aesthetic and vision. The premium option offers a hand-off approach for those creatives who don’t have the time to customize their website on their own. It’s the next best thing to a hand-delivered and custom-designed website from scratch.

Can I use a theme on multiple websites?

Yes. SHS themes can be installed on an unlimited number of websites, except in cases where the template is purchased for installation on your client’s website. Should that be the case, a new template must be purchased for each client.
